In Nina Kovensky's work, technology operates as a magical device that creates new functionalities for communication devices. The abstract appearance of Apple Lung, composed of a collection of rectangular mirrors, reworks the night view from the window of any building in a city. Intimate spaces, close and distant at the same time, gathered in a map of signs. In addition, each mirror contains a series of carved drawings of synthetic images ranging from a cellular organism to a fruit or a constellation of stars.
